Well I know many might think it would be WRONG but I'm asking if it's ILLEGAL. Before you harp on me for doing something immoral, think about how immoral it was for her to cheat on me several times over from the begining of our relationship and look me in the eyes and lie to me everytime she said she was faithful and loved me... now THAT is wrong.

Neither of us is underage and everything on the tape was consensual, so I am just wondering if there would be any legal ramifications to putting it out there on the internet for all to see her or could I get sued or anything?

I tried taking the high road and dumping her but now I have to fight fire with fire...

Thats kindda iffy either way... One thing to take into consideration would be the record keeping requirements of 18 USC 2257.

Once you post the tape, you possibly could be considered a primary porn producer/distributor maybe.. and I'm betting you dont have the required records under that law from her...

There's a pretty prominent site (not sure the title, linked to from college humor) that does that, so I imagine it's legal.

Like ya said, immoral, but legal as far as I know.

yes it is illegal. you don't have her permission. other cases have been tired on similair ground. one writer just wrote about his relationship- sex included- and was sued for defaming her.
another 14 year old boy put up a video of him and his girlfriend (smae age) after they broke up and he was arrested

No. A friend of mine put a sex tape of her and her ex-boyfriend online after he screwed her over.

Good rule of thumb is - if you have to ask, it's probably wrong.

Stay on that high road my friend. You can't go wrong.

I think you would be at risk of violating some type of pornography law and she could sue you in civil court.

you must have permission from her, or at least she knows you have a video of her, but if it was taped without her knowing, u can get sued bigger then poop.

Well, there's one way to find out (but I wouldn't recommend it).
