Okay i like both of them but one of them is just a friend, the other really likes me. He is cool too. but who should i choose? should i just wait till one of them makes a move?

You are assuming they are interested romantically...best to wait and let them declare themselves or risk looking a fool if all they want is friendship;

Do a bit of self-exploration in order to find out your feelings for the "just a friend" fellow. Hopefully you'll know whether or not you acutally like him. You refer to the other fellow as "some other guy"...perhaps you aren't as interested in him? I say find out what you really want, and what is to be gained by pursuing either relationship scenario.....then choose.
Someone else could probably shed more light on this much better than I could...

Well if one of them just wants to sleep with you get away from him. Choose the best one. if one of them has a history of just one night standing people stay away from him

a) try dating the cool guy who likes you
or
b) screw up a friendship
for a) give him a little nudge and let him ask you out
