my friendas and i live in st albans city, one of them claimed to have seren a film on his holiday filmed in st albans. it is an english film but i cant find anything on it on the net. I MUST FIND THAT FILM!!! anyone who can come up with anything i will give the best answer to!!!

Could it be the film Birthday Girl?... this was about a bank clerk from St Albans that has his small-town life exploded by the arrival of his Russian mail-order bride?
Or am I on the wrong track?... lol
