My skin tans easily but can look sallow. i have dark green eyes and mid-brown hair. I get confused cos My colouring suggests i am a warm and should wear autumnal shades but they look drab on me and seem to drain all colour from my face. i wear loads of pink and feel 'ok' in it but it is supposed to be worn and suited more by 'cools', with blue eyes and very dark hair. Confused! can anyone help?

A very easy "test" to find out what you are, warm or cool, is to look at the veins of your inner wrist in natural sunlight. If they look more blue, then you are a cool. If they look more green, then you are a warm.
This is a good on-line test to help find your exact season.

Once you've found all that out, then try to match your coloring to clothing colors.

I'd say go with the flow. I don't have "colours" but I know people that do. I just think "those two colours look good on them. So that's their colours". But to you your 'colours' are seasonal shades?

Test out some different things and see what you think looks best.

maybe you should try different shades of the colors you think look best on you
you may look just "ok" in pink but maybe you'll look nicer with hot pink or a lighter pink or something like that
well good luck and i hoped i helped

if i were you i would choose spring, summer, cool, or secondary colors! you would look great in greens to accent and highlight your lovely dark green shade of your eyes!!!

glad to help Spencer

Stores like Nordstorm can help you or if you go to a make up counter in a department store they can help you with this too. :)
