That depend a lot on which kind of crime you are talking about. Crimes of abuse, that include most white collar crime, and most sexual crimes, are almost exclusively Authoritarian personalities.

And Authoritarian personality disorder is almost exclusively Right wing political persuasion. The BTK killer, and Ted Bundy as well as folk like Mark Foley are classic to this. Most terrorists from OBL and M Atta to W Rudolph and Tim McVeigh are also of this politics and personality disorder.

There are many anti-authoritarians who commit crimes of poverty involving drugs, or street crimes like muggings, and as a result would likely vote Democrat if they could, but would hardly be called Liberal.

Of course anyone innocent, who got caught up in the system, and saw how dysfunctional it is, would become a liberal overnight no matter what their politics was before.

So to answer your question, the majority of criminals would likely vote Democrat if they could, but the really dangerous ones would likely vote Republican .
