There is plenty of time in her young life to get strippers for parties. I'm thinking this isn't one of them. Find some equally hilarious and interesting thing for her birthday, or go the sentimental route instead. Just imagine how you'll feel looking back on this 10 years from now. Will you be glad you got a stripper for your daughter and her friends? Plus, I've had a stripper for a party while I was in college, and it really wasn't that fun. It was kind of weird and I was glad when he left.

Hmmmm, according to you, your daughter was 16 a few days ago and was watching porn in her room, your 18 year old son wants to be a stripper, you wear speedos and want to know what music is good to strip to ....... so, you might just save money by making it a family party.

No it's not okay. It might be appropriate for a bachelorette party but not for an 18 year old's birthday party. I'm sure there are parents of girls who would be invited who wouldn't want their daughters to be exposed to that.

you are not feeling comfortable with it, so do not do it. If she is determined to see a male stripper, maybe her and a few of her 18+ friends can go to a club and see one, after the party you are giving her.

No because if you let her get everything she wants [even if its her birthday] then she will become a spoil brat like my older sisters. I mean, my mom treats me differently from them and it's really upseting and its making me feel depressed [not jealous]. I do the chores around the house and I feed my dog ilo and I vaculm and I fold the laundry and they sit around watching t.v. and talking to their boyfriends and throw their dirty garbage around so i cna clean it up and my mom doenst even notice ro care.
I try to talk to her and she ingores me. Better yet....get her the strippers because its what she wants and you'll make her happy and my dad is a bud sitting around always reading the newspaper and he gives them money and not me....I'm 14 years old and I derserve it more than them and I know it. Maybe I should run away or get adopted to another family

Even if you don't allow her do that now, someday she will, even in her friends house...
I think it is better to discuss with her and explain why such form of pleasure although is fun, one the other hand can lead to a mistaken view of sexuality. Just make sure she has the ability to learn the "right way" about relations. If she really knows what is good, then don't be afraid, she will always be safe, no matter what she does.

I know, hard to think about, but.....

Its not that big of a deal really.
And she just wants to celebrate her adulthood
and do the worst thing possible...lol
look at half naked men.
Help her celebrate that and now that she is an adult,
while he is dancing for you guys, you can lean over and say to her... wow..he has a cute butt.Because now, not only do you have an 18 yr old daughter,but you also have a new adult lady friend.
