February 17th and March 3rd are the weeks off during the Six Nations tournament. If Wales is playing anywhere else, it's their B team or under 21s.

No, as far as I'm aware Wales haven't played international rugby since the late 70s.

No I believe they have a choral and leek boiling event scheduled for that particular weekend.
