'pep talk' that you give yourself that gets you back in focus?
ie In the movie Cars, the MC tells himself "I am speed....1 winner, 2 losers..." (It's the best example I can come up with)

One pep talk I give myself, when i'm on Yahoo Answers and somebody say's something mean to me is, "these people don't know anything about me, so why worry about the thing's they say". After that, i'm back on track.

If it has something to do with love, a quote from a song by 2 many DJs:
"if it's love that brings you down, don't ever let them know... however hard it may be, don't ever let them know - hold your head up... hold your head up
that cheers me up, cuz I love that song... +keeps my head up and makes sure that I don't lose my pride.
Other things: "Jesus my saviour, my favorite flavor, I pray to God for my kids" -> a silly song from a videogame called GTA2, it makes me smile because it's so stupid :)
When I need to study, I yell at myself (internal thoughts ;)) "you wanna be a lawyer? getchour ***... - I'm on it, I'm on it! " :)

YOU are going to be with YOU for the rest of your life....I usually say this looking in the mirror......it usually helps me to make right decisions.....lets me know that I have to live with what I do....

I need to get one because lately I've been completely out of focus. Usually I just say "You can do this" but that doesn't always seem to work.
