I like both names separately, but together, they don't have much of a flow. Here's a couple of suggestions:
Whitney Christian (I have a friend with this name)
Whitney Marie
Whitney Anne
Whitney Simone
Whitney Louise
Whitney Elaine
Whitney Evadney
Evelyn Anne
Evelyn Jo
Evelyn Isabella
Evelyn Rae
Evelyn Ashley
Evelyn Laura
Evelyn Whitney sounds better than Whitney Evelyn.

I love the name Evelyn, especially for a middle name...very pretty. I have a very close cousin named Whitney and I do like the name but it is a bit dated to me. It screams 80s. Some of the names that I associate with then are Brittany, Courtney, Stephanie, Jennifer, and Amanda...very nice names but I just can't see a new baby named them. I am sure they'll be back in style again soon.
Just my opinion of course. Anyway, my cousin is named Whitney Rebecca and I think that flows really well too.
Take Care. SD

I don't really like the name whitney and evelyn is ok as a middle name but don't make it the child's first name.

Not together.
Whitney Rose, Whitney Eve, Whitney Lynn............. a middle name with one-syllable.

Just a suggestion, but try saying the name quickly (with the last name)
I know its hard to imagine calling out the child's name in frustration right now, but what you name them will be what you end up using when they are in trouble...(My daughter's name is Haley Josephine - when she is in trouble she gets her first name dropped because Josephine is enough to get her attention!)
