Does he yell out Tatsumaki Senpuukyaku? It doesn't sound like he does and it sounds more like Ansatsuken. Please help me i've been wondering this for a while.

The move that he performs is the Tatsumaki Senpuukyaku (hurricane kick) , but what he yells doesn't sound anything like that, it's the same with Ken. I've been wondering about this for many years as well, logic dictates that it's just too long to say while performing the move :) , on street fighter 3 they don't tell it either, I think for the same reason.
