as what a few of u are saying about it being the colour of police sirens you are right about that

That's weird, there's been a few questions about like that today, and I know my Mother experienced it a couple of days ago, she said it was the colour of police lights. A lady said she'd seen strange lights in Epping Essex, another person wanted to know about lights over the moors...what ever it is I best pack my case as it looks like Ma 'n Pa have come back for their little sprog.

i'm in london and i saw something similar to what your describing yesterday it was like police sirens in the sky it was only for 20-30 secs

I am in Bournemouth.
I thought I saw the sky light up a few minutes ago.
I was just going inside. No thunder....no clouds...it's clear out there.

Not yet but if its heading my way (cardiff) i might just see it ...... yesterday was bad here for lightening !
