No, No, No!
A board has no idea how tall it's rider is....none! The length of your board is dependent upon your weight, ability level and riding style. The heavier you are, the longer a board you want and vice versa. Take a look at the boards you are interested in and check out the specs, they'll have suggested weight ranges. If you are into bigger, faster turns go with a board at the longer end of your weight range and if you like smaller, tighter turns (or park riding) go for something at the shorter end of your weight range.
Do not make a decision on the length of your board based on your height.

It can depend on both what type of riding you are doing and how experienced you are. If you are a park or freestyle rider then you want to go with a board that goes up to your shoulder maybe a little shorter than that. For freeride you want to be somewhere from your mouth to your forehead. If your someone who likes both then around the chin is good. A little longer for freeride, a little shorter for freestyle. Once in these ranges it really just comes down to personal preference and how you ride. For many beginning riders, it is easier to turn on a board that is a little bit shorter.

To your chin, max at your nose, but shorter, say bottom of your neck, will be easier to learn on BUT you will learn out of that board in no time. Its best to start on the right size so you learn to carve a turn instead of sliding one. There are also female specific boards and if your not large or very athletic I recomend getting one of those. The boards flex, and often even width, are geard to fit a woman better than a regular board. I think Ride snowboards explains it better than I do (ridesnowboards.com)

contrary to popular belief, snowboards are chosen by your weight not height. each board has a weight range, but if you are the average person, then a board should be good from your mouth to your shoulder.

Probably around a 140. You typically want something that is at your chin or below. Your weight is actually the larger consideration.
