sailor neptune,
brillant, talented and a great swimmer! she's a violin virturoso, and an artist, she's also pretty.
she has all of the qualities of most of the other sailors.
she's smart as amy
pretty as mena
can sense evil or change in the currents like rei
talented as lita
athletic as hakura
and a spirit to protect her friends like serena actually all of them.
and she is powerful
her transformation sequence is awesome and her deep submerge attack is cool.

I like Sailor Saturn the best although I haven't seen her much in the anime.

Sailor Saturn because she's the most powerfull!!
Hotaru seems weak, but remember that according to the manga, she can destroy the planet with only 3 words: Death reborn revolution.
Also like Venus very much, Minako is the prettiest!!

I've always liked Haruka! She's strong and..i just like her! But my favourite is probably Sailor Moon because she's powerful and a beautiful person! (internally)
