My computer was broken for about a month. I was shocked to learn that i could survive without it! Of course, i'd never want to do it again!

How do you think people lived before there were TV's and Computers? Of course we could survive! If you can survive through a power outage you can survive without a computer.

Of course. You get so used to having something, that you start to rely on it. People have been living without computers for thousands of years and I'm sure that we can too.

It's a big YES. What are you guys thinking? Computers are not found in every households in America and not found in every country, yet life is still going on. Evidences are all around you and yet you're ignoring it, just basing on mine and your own luxury.
Wake up guys! It might not be for some of us but a lot of us are living it, TODAY.

if all, meaning EVERY single computer including all microchips, were suddenly mysteriously transported to the alien spaceship your house would be cold from no electricity, your alarm would not wake you up, and you would have to walk to school or work unless you have a bicycle... how long can you live on cold leftover pizza for breakfast? ;o)

We might have been able to if no one intoduced them. But since people had intoduced them, we deffinatly can't. Yes, they help us A LOT, and people have adapted to that. and, if no one introduced them after awhile we probably couldn't have.
sorry for spelling.
