Hard to say. Although I think Sheen's acting will never be as good as his Dad's, Kevin Costner never goes beyond that flat monotone vocal delivery. It's a toss up.

i would have to say Kevin Costner. i kinda like Charlie Sheen on two and a half men. i only saw one kevin costner movie that i liked. he is too stiff, mechanical and boring in most of his movies.
