Hercules was one of the most profound heroes known to the Ancient Greeks. He was a special child because he had a god as a father and a mortal for a mother. His father's name was Zeus and his mother's name was Alcmene. Zeus's real wife was Hera. Hera hated Hercules from the time of his birth.

Hera is Zeus's wife and Zeus is Hercules's father, but I believe it was a mortal because Zeus is known for having many children with other goddesses and many mortals.
Sorry I don't know her name.

Actually her name is Alcmene... read below.

Hercules was conceived by Alcmene, the wife of Amphitryon while Amphitryon was away. Alcmene was not deliberately being unfaithful. Rather, the king of the gods, Zeus, had disguised himself as Amphitryon and had sexual relations with her. Zeus extended the night so that it was much longer than normal. In the course of the night Amphitryon returned. As a result of Amphitryon's also having sexual relations with Alcmene in that extended night, Alcmene gave birth to twin boys Hercules and Iphicles.

Zeus fell in love with a beautiful Greek woman named Alcmene. When Alcmene's husband, Amphitryon, was away, Zeus made her pregnant. When Alcmene gave birth to the baby, she named him Herakles. (The Romans pronounced the name "Hercules").

Alcmena, father - Zeus ( Roman counterpart - Jupiter )
She was married to a mortal man Amphetamine. Amphetamine killed his father, accidentally. They went in exile. Zeus take the likeness of her husband and lay with her until she became pregnant. Hera was jealous and constantly tried to mess up with Hercules. (Heracles)
