It's Spanish, and means "misery will sing."

Yeah, it means somewhere in the line of "misery will sing" though I think it's the latin version of Sing The Sorrow.

Miseria cantare is definitelly latin, miseria - misery, wretchedness; cantare - to sing. at Miseria cantare stands for - sing the sorrow or maybe Misery is singing..something in that spirit.
