We have been trying to get pregnant for 5 months now. Im ovulating now until the 23th and we have been having sex every other day since friday. Out of no where I started to get really bad lower back pain. I never had it before, but I thought it was too early to get feel like you were pregnant. Also In not getting sick but every so often I feel like I might want to throw up, than it passes after like 10 mins. Has this ever happen to anyone, or is it all in my head?

The pain itself isn't in your head. If your ovulation date is on or around the 23rd, it's more than likely ovulation pains. Are you charting your temps, CM, CP? If you are, take note of these pains on your chart. Now with the nausea, you might have ovulated earlier in your cycle. I would give it about 10-18 days from the 23rd and start testing. Good Luck! Sending you lots of *baby dust* !

It might be that you are thinking about it too much, so you have "symptoms", rather check with the pregnancy test than "hypnotize" yourself. Although the nausea does seem like when you are pregnant. I don't know about the back pain that much - I didn't have that at all, plus it's definitely too early, as the back pain comes later on because of the baby weight *around 4-5 months*.
Good luck!

The lower back pain could come from you and your husband doing what it take to become pregnant. I know that has happen to me but give it a little time and test. Then again who knows every woman is different from the next. Good Luck and I will say a prayer for you.

More thatn likely you are getting these pains because you are ovulating. You are also worried about it and your body will play tricks on you. Just be patient time will tell if you are pregnant. Good luck I have been trying for five years now.

With my daughter, my first symptom was lower back pain. I also had mega headaches with her, but no morning sickness, nausea, or anything. So, no, it is not all in your head. I also had my period for the first two months of my pregnancy with her. I was really scared that I lost her but she is now 11 weeks old.

it is still early days. I think just be patient and don't stress over it. If it happens, it happens and you are blessed :) i felt symptoms like yours about 2 weeks after my missed period. I also experience a hell lot of fatigue and very very very hungry! i was on my honeymoon (towards the end) when i felt those symtoms, so it was definately a honeymoon baby :) my husband was just amazed at how much and often i had to eat!! it was like every hour and i was sooooo tired!! we had planned to get pregnant on our honeymoon, so it worked out well :) just be patient and live your lives stress free. I know it's hard.. but think positive thoughts. good luck and baby dust over to you!
