Of course not. What particular race is it automatically associated with anyway? There is nothing keeping anyone of any race from naming their baby Hussein, so that nulls the question once and for all.

It isn't racist to mention that his middle name is Hussein. Some people may argue to the contrary by saying that is adding insult to injury because of the former Saddam Hussein. However, a fact is a fact is a fact.
