He should file a complaint.
What is she doing with his cell phone number to begin with, is that a company cell phone and do they have reason to discuss business on the phone? If not, then he must have given out his number to her to begin with and maybe the hanky panky got out of line and now he's in a panic. Hmmmm.

Be careful..... make sure hubby is telling the truth..... he may have led her on
Remember, you cannot control people approaching your husband; a man in a good marital relationship will send signals that he is happily married and the 'girl' will eventually get the message. Temptation is all around us - so don't get jealous. If your husband and you are happy with each other - there's no problem.

If you can, Whistle and get other co-workers to join you(should be easy cause most people loathe non sensical humming). I'd suggest "Col. Bogey March" or the theme from the "Great Escape". Either of these tunes whistled for twenty minutes non-stop should either get her to stop or push her over the edge to a mental breakdown. Whistling has a higher volume than humming and drowning the hummer out should be easy (especially if you can get others to join in the whistling). Or you could always talk to her about her humming, or if this makes you uncomfortable ask your supervisor to telk to her.

Yeah, tell your husband to go to his human relations department and file a complaint or you could do that yourself. If this person isn't fired they should at the very least be severely reprimanded. You might also make it clear to your husband that he do something about it. Hell why not offer to confront her about it with your husband present, that should get her to back off and send a clear message that he isn't available.

I only had that problem once, until I made a setup remark, while talking to a freind close to the Bit*h, who was chasing him. Here is how it went,
Friend" Beck what would you do if a girl was chasing your husband?
Me" Take my 38 handgun and shove it up her nose, it would probably more than likely acciddentally go off.
The girl never bothered my husband again, and amazingly shs found a new job herself.

Yes it is possible, because what she's doing can be considered sexual harassment. Your husband can report her to a superior at work. Because if it's making him uncomfortable, it's not right.
Have him report her, and if that doesn't work, get ahold of a lawyer, and either you tell her or your husband tell her to back off of she will be hearing from your lawyer. Because if it doesn't stop soon, it could cause problems in your marriage.

Your husband would have to tell his boss and follow through with a complaint.

Is she calling from the company phone? I would definitely say that this is grounds for stalking. Perhaps you should call her and tell her to stop calling or you will get a restraining order.
