My friend and i were debating what eyeshadow hazel eyed and fair complection people should wear.... she has brown hair and i have blonde hair what color eyshadow would make our eyes stand out?

My eyes also change colors sometimes,too.

ok im just like you both, my eyes go from green one day to ice blue the next. but i have been told by several people that my eyes really stand out and look seductive when i put on my eyeliner (black) and smudge it across my eyelid to create a shadow, then take an eyeshadow brush and apply a emerald/teal green eyeshadow right above the eyelashes. you dont want too put on too much or you will look like a clown. you want the line of the green eyshadow to be thin. and of course to make sure your eyes look more open add a very light shimmery eyeshadow right at the brow bone.
and im one that prefers to look as natural as possible. so this look is perfect.

Bronzy, gold colors look great on hazel eyes. Rimmel has an eyeliner in Ginger Tea that would look great with hazel eyes. Also, Avon has tons of different eye shadow sets. I'm sure you'll be able to find a set that would match your eye color perfectly.

i think maybe your friend with the brown hair would look cute with some brownish, goldish eyeshadow. earthy colors. and maybe the same for you but i think u have a larger variety because of the blonde hair. but if u want your hazel eyes to stand out, i would stick to earthy neutral tones. and keep it simple. u dont want the makeup destracting from the eyes.
and also i know some ppl with hazel eyes have their eyes change color with what theyre wearin. so id say pay attention to what color your clothes are too if yours change

a little silver or shimmery lilac in the middle of the lid always makes brown eyes stand out and look great!

You and your friend should wear a mint, sky blue or other light shimmery colors.

well for your friend a purple can make her hazel eyes stand out, and for you you could try a blue or a silver color;)
