Most likely cause is dirt in contact or contacts not making connection. First make sure it is a physical keyboard problem. Use or borrow another keyboard, if the different keyboards arrows work, then it is most likely your keyboard. If so, 2 options, clean or replace it. If you want to clean it- unplug, carefully take out screws from back, pay attention to where things are-then carefully take apart. Use soap and water on the rubber stuff, and a dry rag for the copper looking part where the wires connect. Then realign pieces AFTER All Is DRY. Put back together and try it out. Note- usually easier to get new keyboard. Personnaly, if you aren't good with mechanical type stuff, then get another keyboard or find someone who is. Less chance of making problem worse.
