how do you promote fertility of having twins?

w/o using fertility drugs? are there any NATURAL sources such as wild yam root? does anyone know of anything else??? i'm still young, but twins and triplets run on both mine and my husbands side....but we still need all the help we can get :0) any help is appreciated thanks!

I don't know of any natural herbs to have twins and I dont think that there are any. Also, it does not matter if twins run on the mans side you only have a chance of having fraternal twins if they run on your mothers side. Identical twins are random and not hereditary. Good luck-just to let me know they are a lot of work so be happy if you just get one it will still be great.
