I mean, they are both made of water right? So how come you can mold snow into balls and scoop it up right in your hands and all? Why not with water?

well snow freezes different and stay white..and water you can freeze it and it will stay clear..you can carve snow and it it frozen and water you can do the same thing

because snow compacts and makes shapes. water just flows. it would be jokes to have a water man though.
