Don't just jump right into conversation. Calm yourself down first and then approach her. If you think about it to much you'll probably mess up. Start with a simple greeting. Try to talk about something you're both associated with like a class or wherever you see her. For example, if you see her in class, talk about a test or homework.

all these other answers are weak what you need to do is beat off before you talk to her, that'll relieve some of the nervousness. and then wear really light clothing so you cant blush as easy, and if that doesnt work for ya, then do some running before yah talk to her so your face will already be red.
