ive had vaginal discharge for a couple months now. it started out heavy then it just went to really light. i went to the doctor and she did a test that said there was nothing wrong. its now just annoying. if i dont wear a liner it gets on my underwear which is gross. and pretty embarassing when it comes to imtamate situations. if its not an infection y did it start? and how can i get rid of it? i am on birth control pills but i was taking it for about 5 months before this started.

Your discharge is normal. I know it's annoying, but you're handling it right by wearing the panty liners.

I know if your pretty sexualy active this can be part of it. I myself have the same problem. Though never when I want it to be..right before sex, I always seem to dry up when i want to be wet then get wet when I want to be dry. It is very annoying. I also have to make stops to the restroom few times a day while at work and such becuase it gets uncomfortable for me. Its been happening less for me lately but I dont think theres really any solution to that problem. And I know it does get annoying always wearing panty liners.

Shower daily and use unscented moist baby wipes after you use the toilet. Do not douch or use deodorants. That can destroy your chemical balance and cause problems. Sometimes the foods you eat can cause odor. Try staying away from things like onions and garlic, strong spices and sugar.

Try douching. It'll clean out whatever is in there, but only do it once or twice. No more than that because frequent douching can lead to bigger problems.

Well, you could always eat a lot less. Not become fully ana, just enough so that it goes away. Believe me, it works.
