If I thawed out breast milk and did not use it immediatly how long is it good for?

Thawed breast milk can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours, but it should not be refrozen.

As long as the breast milk has been refrigerated it will keep for 24 hrs.

well i know breast milk can be kept in the freezer for three months, and i just pulled out my breastfeeding book which says:

breast milk keeps in the freezer for up to three months, but afters it's thawed, it should be warmed and used immediately, dont rewarm or refreeze thawed milk.

I think if its still refrigerated it will be good for a week if not and it sat on the counter its only good for a couple of hours.

24 hours just like if you were to pump then put it in the fridge.
