Check with your local VFW or nursing home. Sometimes they would be interested in such things. You can also check with your local Ronald McDonalds' house and see if they have a use for them. Good luck and Goddess Bless.

I doubt that the plastic model kit you are looking for would be in current production. Most of the kit manufacturers only build the current model Skyhawks, which would be the ones with the rear window and slanted tail. If you really want a model of the straight-back 172, you'll have to find an old kit that is still sitting on the back shelf of an old toy store. If you live in or near a big city, try wondering around some of the older neighborhood hobby shops. Good Luck!

You could turn the planes into a mobile and hang from ceiling to save some space and the tanks maybe you could stick them to the wall some how in a wobbly row like they are travelling on a windy road, unless you dont want them and if you dont give them to a little boy.

I burned mine in an outdoor fire pit.

The styrene made lots of black smelly smoke, but it was a way to let go and give them the end they deserved, like a final battle to protect the free world and the innocence of my youth.

My B-17 was the hardest to see go, but most valiant in it's dying flame of glory.

Do you have a Visable-V8? You could use it to find the last 10 cent phone booth as in Rich Hall's Vanishing America...

You could donate them to a childrens home. Little boys would love them, and most of them probably never had an opportunity to own somethung like that. also you might encourage them to learn more about history and spark a passion in them. it will make your heart fill good to share your joys without thinking about making a profit....
good luck!
