I have a big problem!?

My fiance and i have been trying for the last year or so. Previously i was on the Depo shot for just 9 months which means 3 shots. My last shot was in october '05 and since i have not concieved.I have not been on any form of bc since. For the last couple of months i have been having my period every 2 weeks.And more recently January '07 i have been vomiting, tired and "bitchy"! i have no clue whats goin on with me with. During this month i have had 1 period and yesterday my fiance and i had sex and i have a little spotting just enough to wear a pantiliner.To add to all the drama both my fiance and i have HPV. I have not tried hpt but i am really scared because i have slight cramping now and light spotting...............so what a girl to do ?????? SOS

You need to see a gynecologist right away. Spotting and/or HPV virus can cause cervical cancer. You must see the gyn now do not hesitate. There is more going on here than you know about and it more than likely very fixable, but only if you see a gyn right away. Don't mess around with health. Take care Heather

I was using the Depo shot for about a year and a half and was on an emotional rollercoaster the entire time. I never had a period, which was why I stayed on it for so long, and it took about a year for my periods to become normal again after I quit using it (in October 2005). My husband and I were sexually active after I quit using Depo and I have not conceived either, but that doesn't necessarily mean something is medically wrong. I would still check with a doctor since you have been vomiting and are having a period every two weeks.

I too was on depo, but for longer. I stopped taking it in 05. Since then I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome which means that I dont ovulate regularly even though i have periods. I too am really bitchy during that time of the month. during the whole trying to figure out what was wrong with me, my doc realized that progesterone (a natural horomone that woman produce) makes me crazy. So he put me on yasmin bc. I've been on that for 4 months now-tomororw i'll start my 5th month. and my moodyness has stopped, i've stopped spotting between months. the only thing that my doctors cant figure out is why when I wake up i'm nauseas but if i go back to sleep for an hour or 2 and wake up again i'm fine.

Go to your doc and take to him/her about a bc that will regulate your cycles then try to concieve. and so far, i love yasmin. i highly reccommend it over orthotryclien low bc yasmin doesn't have progesterone which doesn't make me crazy :)

I recieved 7 depot shots every three months and had the same problems it was cists, the doctor had to give me a hormone shot to fix them then a couple of months later I regulated.

Make an appointment with your gyn. You need to clear up your health problems before conceiving or you could have issues during your pregnancy.

Please, as soon as you can-get and go to an appt. with a ob/gyn! First, I have heard depo can really screw up your system, so your doctor may need to do blood testing. Explain all your symptoms to the doc, and take care.
