2.13 is a wage paid to people who work in the service industry only when the employer can certify you make at least minimum wage when supplemented by tips. If you are not making minumum take it up with labor board. It has nothing to do with Iraq or Clinton. Wages for restaurant and bar workers has always been like this.

by your amount of 2.13 an hour, you're talking about waitresses and waiters who receive tips as well as an hourly wage. Most good food servers more than make up for the low wages with great tips, alothough they report low figures for tax purposes. those who make lousy tips shouold find another line of work where they'd be happier.

i know a few, and its B***SH** but the industry makes them rely on getting good tips from tightwads. Very Unfair and those people are usually over worked and abused.

Is this a question, or just a feeble minded attempt to bash Clinton, who by the way, has'nt been in office for 6 years???? Your post makes ZERO, sense, or don't you know that ?
