Do you find it annoying that when you start a new job your passwords for needed work related web dont work?

I cant enroll in my benefits. I cant get on the main intranet sight to do simple things like check email. This happens at every new job. really annoying?

I have been in the same job forever, but they make us change our passwords, of which we have to have several, every few weeks. I carry around a little tablet with them written down, because I can never remember them all.
