yes ........whenever i'm bored i eat . as for me eating is great time pass
BUT in the agression of eating u must look at ur health whats good or bad
i usually eat a low calorie burger or sandwich b'coz i hate to gain weight and sometimes when i 'm really hungry i eat something which , when eaten , is time consuming like pulav and kheer

I usually recognize that I'm eating because I'm bored, so I try to reach for at least something healthy, carrot sticks celery, that kind of thing....Fruit also works for me as well. But that chocolate just keeps on calling to me...but I can resist..I hope.

Well when im not hungry i just like something to munch on all teh time i need to move my mouth lol. its bad actually cus u can gain a lot of weight while doing this. i basically munch on anything i see, chips, carrots, cookies, candy, little snacks and stuff.

Yes, I start out by saying I'm just going to have a really good cup of coffee or a diet soda that is all and then it snowballs from there!

yup that's why I gained so much weight. I don't know why and whenever you eat when your bored, you can never find something that you really want in the house even though you just went shopping...lol

This phenomena is sometimes known as "looking in the fridge for feelings".
Salty snacks for me usually - if I start eating the cakes and biscuits it's because I have already eaten all the savoury stuff :O

Worst mistake to make.
Have chips, or cookies...you won't realize you ate the whole bag, or package.
Doesn't help when you're on a diet, or preoccupied, like working on a computer either.

YES, that's why I'm over 200 lbs. now, though you'd never know it to look at me.
I eat whatever is available: kid's leftover dinners, soup, veggies, whatever's in the fridge or cupboard.

anything thats in my frig or cupboard like my cheese puffs and i will sit down on my couch cant forget my jalopeno cheese Dip and my sprite and just munch on that till i get tired of eating them
