Shelby, you must be talking about the migraine sort of headache... your eyes hurt because of many different reasons with a headache... number one is that there is pressure buildup behind your eyes in your sinuses...number two is do to retinal strain and overexertion of your eye muscles... and number three and the main reason for a headache and improper hydration... that is why when you have a headache someone tells you to drink water... 9 out of 10 times it is because you are dehydrated... hope this helps you out a little.... gotta go for now.... i am starting to have retinal strain...lol

it just causes pressure against the eyes i think. try rubbing your temples.

frequently the cause is eyestrain........or sinus which surround the eyes
