I'm kinda confused on it. Is she running? If yes, I'd definetly vote for her!

No she is not. Not running yet.
To be politically correct.
She has said that she is "considering" running by forming an exploratory committee and so has Mr. Bill richardson and Mr. Obama.
She is not running for president until her nomination is finalised by the party. Currently she is a presidential hopeful, not a presidential nominee

Quite honestly, Hillary Clinton has formed exploratory committee. Once she files with the FEC for the Democratic Party, then she will be a true contendor.
The exploratory committee she formed will help her determine whether she should run for the elected office of President. The exploratory committee has beena round for decades and allows Hillary, and others, to "test the waters" . If things look favorable from that, ther person will actually run for office. If not, they will then pull out of it completely.

Yes! We may finally have an intelligent and courageous president in office and I may get to see a woman in office in my lifetime! I am so proud! She has an excellent chance of winning!

NO ONE is "running" yet! They have to have conventions and nominate someone first. Remember Civics class?
I she interested in the nomination? I would have to say "yes".

Unfortunately yes. But not to worry, there are so many on both sides running this time that we have a wide range of choices to listen to. I wish there would be one that would run that has Integrity and Honesty, and does not have a record of changing their views with what ever the polls say.
