use horlicks with boiled milk and you will sleep great and it tates great that way thanks hope i helped ya

hot chocolate has got sugar and caffine in so probably not the best thing for helping you get to sleep. go for a triple brandy or horlicks. I remember reading some research that said that a strong black coffee works but can't remember why so probably best not to try it x
(or try combining the two - could be interesting)

warm bath, one large mug of hot chocolate,one small of chocolate. relax in the bath,dip choc bar into mug,suck off the choc from the bar and from the hot chocolate. double whammy.then go to bed.fall asleep right way.
