This question reminds me of the movie "Cold Turkey" with Dick Van Dyke it was about a small town thinking they would recieve a big cash bonus that would be used to benefit the town in some way if they all quit smoking it was Sooooo funny.
Dick Van Dykes character used sex while he was going through withdrawal and his wife became pregnant, at firs she loved it but then it became a problem when he wanted it constantly instead of talking out his problems. (giggle) why don't you just see your doctor and maybe he/she will recommend the patch. P.S. I quit smoking 15 yrs ago and made the mistake of using food as a way to deal with withdrawal and all I got for it was 30 extra pounds, that I'm still fighting to keep off to this day. GOOD LUCK!

The best method is to quit cold turkey, going from however much you smoke to 0 cigarettes per day. Throw away all of your smoking paraphernalia, and tell everybody you are quitting. In extreme cases, I've heard some people carry a jar with them to put their spent butts in. They carry it with them as a badge of shame (or honor, whichever the case may be). If you really want to punish yourself, treat each cig as a lost hand in a game of strip poker. Remember to reward yourself by spending the money you're saving. To combat the craving, brush your teeth, or take a shower.

i smoke a pack a day ,in a pack there's 20 cigarettes.
let's see do i want to have sex 20 times a day ? hell nope .
So i guess i keep on smoking more ,and sex less ,works for me .
did you know the cig tax's went up on the first of the yr ,now a
pack of my brand cost's $5.00 outrageous .

He,he...Did you ever see that old movie about when a whole town was trying to quit smoking--Dick Van Dyke was a minister, and he and his wife were doing just that every time they wanted a cigarette. I wish I could remember the name of the movie--it was comical. :D
