I suspect that the banker is fictitious. If you look at the closing titles you will see that the production company is ENDEMOL - this is an anagram of NOEL EDM - surely a reference to Noel Edmonds the presenter,

There is no banker. Its so false when Noel Edmonds answers the phone. You can tell there's nobody on the other end of the line.
