From to center of Dallas to the center of Houston is 239.34 miles and would take you about 3 hours 42 minutes if you are driving and there is no traffic. But I live in Texas and I know there is no such thing as no traffic.

From Houston to Dallas, it depends where in Dallas you are going to. It's about a 21/2 hour trip, also depends on what time you go, if you get stuck in traffic also.

use www.mapquest.com Then choose "directions" and put in dallas TX and Houston TX as your starting points. It will tell you the distance, if you have the addresses of where you want to go, it will tell you that also.
They are 239.34 miles apart, and should take you 3 hours and 42 minutes to drive from city limit to city limit at the speed limit.
