If you're asking about heat, rabbits are always ready to get pregnant. They don't go into heats like other animals; they just release an egg from the ovary right after they've been bred. Breeding is usually successful.
If you're asking about age, the rabbit is ready to breed when she reaches the weight standard for her breed. Go here

At a year old, she's definitely ready to breed. If she's six months old, she can handle it. If she's younger, the pregnancy might stunt her growth and her litters will probably be smaller in the future than they could have been if she'd been the right size and age.
If you're asking about a buck, he's ready as soon as his testicles have descended. Breeding a first-time buck is a long process (he literally doesn't know the doe's head from her tail) and if the doe's in a bad mood, he might get hurt. Keep an eye on him until he's successful: after mounting the doe's hind end, he'll tense up into a C-shape, squeak, and fall over sideways.

typically rabbits are ready to breed at around 3 -4 months but they should be bred that young since they are still growing. for small breeds of rabbit 2-5 pounds the rabbits should not be bred until 6 months medium size rabbits 5-8 pounds should nopt be breed until 8 months and the large and ginat breeds not until they are 9 months to a year.

Rabbits have been known to be sexually mature as early as 2 months of age. This is why most breeders choose to wean at least the male babies from the mother and away from the sisters by no later than 8 weeks.
