Probably just hair follicles - don't worry

Look at the bumps carefully with a magnifying glass if possible. It may just be the hair follicles which are noticeable because the scrotum skin is so thin.

If you have never had any sex activity it is doubtful it is anything else.

If it really worries you, mention it to your MD.

Good Luck

Penis and testicles are the scientific words for it. And if you've had the bumps for as long as you can remember, it's probably normal. I agree with the others that they are probably hair follicles. Ask your doctor if you are concerned.

I am no doctor but I think I had the same thing and if so then yes it's normal, however ask the doctor as it's better to be safe than sorry

It seems to me that these little bumps are nothing but a place where hair will grow out of... I would not worry about it unless they break open and leak liquids.. Your growing up dude...

if you have had them for a long time, probably normal for you; however, it's important to see a doctor if they start to change much. Good Luck
