What have your grades to do with your feelings? If you like her and she feels the same way, grades don't matter. Remember that Einstein wasn't good at physics at school.

you are in a little kid practice girlfriend/boyfriend thing. you shouldn't worry about if she's to good for you or whatever. what you need to realize is that girls like a challenge. they like to date the bad boys, the one's that need help. Soooo, let her help you. Ask her to help you with your homework. she'll get the feeling that you need her, and you will get the help you need.

and when you are 30, you probably won't remember her name or recall what she looks like. so, don't sweat it.

And, work on your self esteem issues! You are just as great as she is. She doesn't seem to be a stupid girl. She must see something Great in you.

realize school isnt the issue..find out what it is and fix it otherwise your on a downward spiral..i dont believe in predestiny...all can change and if you think you cant its a cop out...even try asking her for help..if she really cares for you and your not a jerk, she probably will.

Looks like someone needs to worry less about girls and more about school...
