That would make it Chinese oil. The American Government does not recognize Tibet as a country nor do we have a Embassy in Tibet.

I take it your assuming we invaded Iraq because of Oil, well please give us information to back up your claims. The Chinese annexation of Tibet was illegal, but hopefully one day the Tibetans will regain their independence, though I fear it will be resettled with Chinese by then.
