Refilling yourself is a chancy buisiness. From now on I would recommend buying remanufactured
OK each manufacturer is different and you were not specific, but there should be a tool included to push out a plug on the cartridge then hold the cartridge with the hole up (do this over newspaper its messy) insert the needle into the cartridge. inject the ink slowly into the cartridge. now find the plug provided (sometimes plastic sometimes a BB and press it into the hole. Make sure you have a seal or the ink will drain out making a huge mess.
Sorry I could not be more specific

Try here http://www.bs-print.co.uk
I`ve done this a few times, quite good results, but I think you will only be able to do this a couple of times to each cartridge
I saw some printers for sale to-day in the Sunday paper & the replacement cartridges were dearer than the cost of a new printer. HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH IT

not knowing your printer, or what you have, look here, there are instructions for many printers.

I gave up on cartridges & refilling, now I use a "Continuous Ink Supply System" no fuss, far cheaper even than refilling.
