Okay, hang on. Abel never was a savior and Cain was never the antichrist. Let me make that clear. Yes it is true that we all are decendents of two people. But that does not necessarily mean that Jesus Christ came from Cain's bloodline. He could have come from another one of Adam and Eve's 99 children. This is a completely insignificant fact to argue on. Just make sure you have your facts straight before you make any statements regarding Christ.

Adam had other sons - i.e. Seth is one who is named as one Adam had after Cain murdered Abel. As the Biblical story goes, Jesus did not have an earthly father. The Holy Spirit somehow caused the virgin Mary to be with child. It was a scandal back in that day as the assumption was that Mary had sex before she was married. A virgin giving birth to a child without having sex would be a miracle, but that would be the only way for Jesus to be born without a sin nature. Abel was not the murdered Savior. The murdered Savior was Jesus. You may want to read the books of Mark and John in the New Testament to see what Jesus claimed about himself. He claimed the power to forgive sins and did miracles like raise the dead, make the blind see, and the lame walk.
I also would not see Cain as an antiChrist. The Bible is clear that there is one antiChrist and there are also others opposed to God but who would not get that title of AntiChrist. Read about Jesus in the Bible to see the claims yourself and make up your own mind. For me, yeah, I do believe all those stories in the Bible are true.

If you read Genesis, you will find that Adam and Eve had many children, daughters and sons (chapter 5, verse 4). It doesn't even specify how many. And what is this confused stuff about Cain being the antiChrist? Cain was just a man. So was Abel.

Cain and Abel were simply Adam & Eve's twin boys!!! Cain got jealous of God's favoritism towards Abel, so he killed his brother!! He's not the antichrist!!! He was just a murderer, who did it all because of his jealousy's towards Abel..... God told him to leave his family...that was his punishment, but God still loved Cain..... And Jesus is not accountable, for what Cain did!! For crying out loud, where are you getting your information from? Abel was not a "Saviour" at all !!! Jesus was, and still is the one the only SAVIOR, for us all !!!! So, you need to get your records straight, and go purchase a King James Bible, so you can better understand all of it, you know......Read from Matthew to Revelations!!!! You definately need too, because you are definately misinformed!!!

the real Jesus reported that there'll be pretend Christs who will come and misinform human beings. Jose appears like a kind of. The type of the beast (666) refers back to the Antichrist and become actual the numerical equivalent of Nero's call in 70 ad. He tortured and killed Christians, finally destroying the temple and many have self belief he become success of that prophecy. the real Jesus, Son of God will go back sometime, yet his call isn't Dr. Jose...

Christ is a decedent of David. The Bible said that the Christ would come through the linage of David. This is an important fact and is why a lot of Chapters in the Bible start off by naming who was descended from who. And like one of the previous answers, all came from Adam & Eve. Hope this helps...

Jesus was a descendant of Seth - son of Adam (through Mary, by the way - as his heavenly father was his father)
Genesis 5
Cain was not the anitchrist. And Abel was not the saviour. Don't know what bible you're reading.

Don't you believe in personal responsibility? God gave us the power to choose on purpose. We have a gift called "will" to help us. Although I believe sins of our forfathers can and do affect us. Nobody is to say we can't brake away from them. So, what does it matter if Jesus was a descendant of Abel or not?

genesis 4:25 And Adam proceeded to have intercourse again with his wife and so she gave birth to a son and called his name Seth, because, as she said: “God has appointed another seed in place of Abel, because Cain killed him.”
