k so im 13 and i want to order clothes online such as hollister, or a&e because i live in canda and i barely get to shop in america even though im like 30 minutes away. i want to start ordering online but my mom says no. is it good and safe?and how long does it usually take?

If you buy from unknown on-line stores forget about getting your money back if thing go wrong, sometimes they do not send you what you want, and other keep sending and charging you for stuff you didn't ask for. With well-known stores is no more dangerous that going to your local mall; the service might be better but you don't know what will happened to your credit card number.
I used to work at a mall and I found out that employees used to write down the clients credit cards numbers and info, and later they end up selling or trading those numbers. So, credit card on-line or face to face is a always a risk.

I order from Abercrombie all the time. It's definitely safe. I have never ever had a problem. Hollister should be safe too since Abercrombie owns them. I never order from Hollister since my local store has tons of stuff on sale. Gilly Hicks and Ruehl are also owned by abercrombie and I order from them a lot too. I have never EVER had a problem.

I don't order by computer. i feel comfortable talking to someone on the phone, so I always try to get a toll free number to call. I like a reassuring voice to tell me that the item is in stock and will be shipped soon.
Otherwise I don't know how long i have to wait for a back-order if not in stock.

Well the only bad thing about shopping online is that u don't get to see the product, so your clothes might be smaller/bigger than u plan it to be.

always check 2 c how secure it is. i made a HUGE mistake and lost bout $35! but dont let dat scare u away, its usually pretty quick & safe.
