stupid and unrealistic

it's an interesting show that focuses more so on the interns and doctors lives than a pandemic, cataclysmic disaster, or freakish surgery job. So is it a good show if you like dramatic surgeries then no, stick with ER or the Health Channel's ER. But if you like Lost, then you might like the show. I watch every now and then. it's pretty good in my book.

think its one of the best shows, but no sitting on the fence with it, either they like it or despise it, from what I can tell
