Have you tryed earplugs or Headset??? That will get rid of the noise. Or you can always tell the landlord to get them to keep their music down.. at certain hours.. Don't be afraid dude. You have to live there too and I'm sure if you were loud they would let you know. Good luck. You sound like a nice person. :)

You should try to move to a place where you will not have people living on the other side of your bedroom wall. If the noise is localized in your bedroom, but it isn't too bad in the living room, switch the rooms around. Put your bed in the quieter room. Additionally, get yourself foam earplugs and a sleepmask. I'll bet you are a very light sleeper. I'd be willing to wager that a lot of your problems are being caused by sleep deprivation. Your neighbors are inconsiderate @ssholes. This is the way of the world, which is why it is paramount that you do whatever it is you need to do to ensure that you own your own home. In the meantime, you need to become regimented about how much sleep you get. Go to the local drug store, and buy the foam ear plugs & sleeping mask. Read a book with your ear plugs in until you get drowsy, and try to get at least 7 hours sleep. Once you get used to sleeping soundly I bet that the clouds will clear away and you will feel better.

Keep going for therapy. Consider living with your neighbors as part of your therapy. It is part of real life, and will be there in one way or another, no matter where you live.

Buy some wax ear plugs and/or an iPod to block out the noise when it is overwhelming.

Get a throw rug, quilt, or thick wall hanging to put on the wall between your bedroom and the noisy teens to soak up some of the sound. If you don't have other sound dampening fabrics on the floors, windows or walls, consider getting some. Drapes are better sound dampeners than blinds.

Also, just mentioning that you heard what a good time they were having last night, in a friendly, but kind of making fun voice, could help them tone it down a bit. "Your girlfriend is a real screamer, isn't she?", or "Some plaster is coming down off my wall since last night when your headboard was banging against it." They may get a little embarrassed and try to quiet it a bit.

You are pretty stuck in terms of getting the other neighbours to stop the racquet - the Police and Council never do anything.

Find something that you can block out the noise with slightly like put on some chill-out or classical music on.

Keep getting advice if the noise gets no better but don't be mad just act normal.

To solve the other problem you need to see a psychiatrist more often to find ways f changing your mood etc.

Hope this helps.

You'r mildly schizophrenic and depressed, been there.
In a few months of being mildly medicated you'll start to feel a lot better.
In the mean time, just remember no ones against you, and the more defensive you act the more offensive people will become.
