Couldn't see a problem as long as you have a bluetooth router.

I've never seen a bluetooth router though that's doesn't mean that they don't exist.

Some smart phones do support 802.11x wireless networks or have a slot where you can insert a wireless adaptor. Check your cell phone's docs for details on what it supports.
