It is very rare when one can't ceonceive in her adult life.
It is something that one shouldn't worry about in young life before that time. If it is due to some natural defect then nobody can do anything about it. If due to some accident or some mismanaged drugs then doctors are always there to help.
Just keep an eye if you are different from normally what others talk about. If that is so, consult a doctor.

Not really.
You have to live your life. You make your choices assuming the best and the easiest. It might not turn out according to plan, but being alive means accepting every moment of risk, every moment of excitement and every second of love and hope.
And, you learn how to manage all your worries and build strength through emotional maturity and accept that your life is not something you read in a newspaper or saw on TV or read about on the Internet.
It is a special story, unique only to you and every day is a completely new chapter. The future is not a scary place and it is not one where your fertility or infertility declares your worth as a human being.
Here is something worth learning: look around you at how the most successful families relate to each other. Look at how good relationships are built and maintained. Seek out information and experiences that tune you into communication. Learn everything there is to know about love.
Baby girl, and I know that is what you are, family life isn't about a sperm and an egg meeting in a womb. It's about building a place in your heart that can expand and expand until everyone you have ever been truly connected to weaves into your present from the past and the future. And that place, that is where a woman becomes a nurturer. That is where her child grows. Maybe not from biological cells, maybe not from ink on adoption papers, but some kind of match-making fate allows for.
And when you can accept that wisdom of fate, you are ready for the next day and whatever else it holds for you.

Unless you've had a hysterectomy or some other sort of surgery or disease that would prevent you from conceiving children, I don't think there are any symptoms of not being able to become pregnant. If you have difficulty becoming pregnant once you are married and stable enough to have children, go see an OB/GYN to have tests run on both you and your husband. They will do blood tests and a sperm count as well as counseling to make sure you are ready to have a child. If necessary, there are medications (such as Clomid), procedures (artificial insemination and in vitro fertilization), and shots you can take to make your eggs ready to become fertilized.
Don't jump the gun. You said "when you grow up," so I'm assuming you are still very young. There are lots of other things going on in your life right now -- don't worry about things that you don't even have to deal with yet!
Aloha :)

You're not always going to know. Sometimes people have all sorts of tests, and there is absolutely no reason why conception cannot take place; however, a pregnancy never occurs. Othertimes, people have been told that they will never have children because of reason blah, blah, blah, and ...surprise, should have used birth control!

No periods, for one, that's a sign that you're sterile.
