all my life i have had my one bff and we do EVERTHING together, and now i have to move away from her like 5 states away!! we'll lose our friendship and i'll never see her again. i can't deal with that at all. what do i do?!?!

Well, you do not have to lose your friendship...it not like: "Out Of Site, Out Of Heart"? You can call her and email her and write her.
You could, if you have money, visit her. Really..
And yes, it's going to be hard, but you will do fine, it's going to take some time, but you will get there and you will get a new friend, who will understand you and feel the pain with you.
Talk to your mother, she might understand very well....
Why are you moving out of the state you life in?

First, get on Myspace or something so you can keep in touch. Secondly, stop whinning. Moving is awesome! You get to start your whole life over and you can be anything you want to be. You start over fresh with no reputation. I'm an ex-army brat and I moved every three years. At first I will admit I whinned like you, but life goes on. I have best friends all over the US! It's always exciting and interesting to meet new people and you'll have a lot of stories to tell.

get email and have her get email. then give her your email address. email each other everyday. plus, with yahoo messenger, you can call each other pc to pc. and you can visit her or she can visit you someday. good luck!
